  1. Preheat oven to 250F.
  2. Cut bread slices into 1 inch cubes. Tearing is fine too. If you need more than 3/4 cup to a cup of bread crumbs, add more slices of bread to ensure you have enough.
  3. Line bread cubes on a cookie sheet. Bake at 250F for 20 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a food processor and pulse until fine.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
