  1. Slice bananas into coins. Transfer to a Ziploc bag to freeze for four hours.
  2. Once bananas are frozen, rinse strawberries and remove the strawberry tops. In a food processor, add frozen bananas, strawberries and the 4 TBSP of heavy cream. Blend for two minutes.
  3. Transfer to a freezer safe container and continue to freeze overnight.
  4. To serve, let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes before using an ice cream scoop. Garnish with any fresh fruits you’ve got on hand.
