It was late at night a week ago; my roommates have requested for pancakes as a midnight snack. “What about your cocoa pancakes?” Luckily, I had my buttermilk pancake mix ready. Before serving, I made sure I packed enough for breakfast for the next day. This smiley face Chip-it cocoa pancake was slightly spiked with Kahlua for flavour, poured just right after the bottom has turned golden brown.
It was taste tested; warm gooey chocolate melted with Kahlua. A chocolate lover’s heaven and a chance to be a kid at heart! Sorry, there were none left!
